A place for working, living and trading

The project aims to strengthen the living quality of the Hoboken district and solve the problem of an increasing population of approximately 100,000 people in the coming decades. Surrounding the existing green backbone are housing blocks, creating hinges between the park and other residences in Hoboken. In the heart of the green creek, there are vegetable gardens. People are not making full use of the depth of the gardens; the half parts facing the cemetery are not 100%% used. The idea is to bring a new sense of living to the Hoboken neighbourhood by transforming the vegetable gardens into a place where people can live, work, and sell their products.
